“Unbroken” directed by Angelina Jolie and starring Jack O’Connell is on its way to Oscar gold.

Today, both in New York and Los Angeles, there were screenings for the press and the Screen Actors Guild members.

Jack O’Connell was honored at the Hollywood Film Awards last November 14th with Angelina presented the award.

“Unbroken” is a World War II survival tale starring up and comer Jack O’Connell, written by a group of writers that include the Coen Brothers, and is shot by cinematographer Roger Deakins. There’s such a tremendous pedigree on display, this would have to be an absolute disaster not to crack the lineup.
