Akshay Kumar has kick-started shooting of his upcoming film Atrangi Re. The film also stars Sara Ali Khan and Dhanush in lead roles. Sara is very excited to share the screen space with Khiladi Kumar and she mentioned the same in her recent Instagram post.

Akshay Kumar also shared the same picture on Twitter, announcing that he is beginning the shoot of Atrangi Re. Atrangi Re is a cross-cultural love story. It marks Aanand L Rai’s comeback in Bollywood after 2018 film Zero. The film, starring Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif, failed massively at the box office.
In Atrangi Re, Sara plays a girl from Bihar. She will be romancing Akshay and Dhanush.
Atrangi Re was slated to release on Valentine’s Day 2021 but with the shoot being deferred, the release date is also likely to get postponed.
